Pap Stain

Hematoxylin dye solution: hematoxylin, potassium aluminum sulfate, sodium iodate, citric acid, glycerin;

EA36 dye solution (or EA50 dye solution, or EA65 dye solution): Brilliant green, broccoli brown, eosin, phosphotungstic acid, lithium carbonate;

Orange G dye solution: orange G6 phosphotungstic acid

It is mainly used for histological staining of exfoliated cells

Gram stain

The main components of this reagent:

Crystal Violet liquid Crystal Viotel 250ml (1 liquid);

Sodium Bicarbonate 250ml (2 liquids);

Iodine Solution 250ml (3 liquid);

Decolorizing liquid ethanol 250ml (4 liquid);

Safranin complex solution Safranin O 250ml (5 liquid)

Used for smear staining of bacteria or fungi

Acid-resistant stain

The main components of the reagent: Carbonic red complex Kinyoun Carbolfuchsin method (1 liquid) 250mlx1 bottles;

Acidic alcoholic alcohol (2 liquid) 250mlx2 bottles;

Methylene blue (3 liquid) 250mlx1 bottles.

For mycobacteria, Nocardiosis and other bacterial acid-resistant dye

Wright - Giemsa staining solution

The main components of the reagent: Wright-Giemse stain 250mlx2 bottles; PH6.4-6.8 phosphate buffer 250mlx2 bottles.

Used to stain blood cells

1. Hematoxylin solution: hematoxylin, potassium aluminum sulfate, sodium iodate, citric acid glycerol;

2.1% hydrochloric acid alcohol: hydrochloric acid, ethanol; 3, Eosin solution: Eosin y, glacial acetic acid.

Mainly used for staining of cell tissue
